At https://ranthamboresafarisbooking.com/, all safari bookings are processed in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve authorities. By proceeding with a booking on this Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.

Non-Refundable Safari Bookings

• All Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Safari bookings are processed strictly subject to availability and park regulations.

• If a safari booking cannot be confirmed due to non-availability, the paid amount will be refunded as per applicable rules.

Cancellation & Refund Structure (If Permitted by Authorities)

In cases where cancellation is allowed under forest department guidelines, the following refund structure may apply:

• 75% refund of the booking amount if cancellation is made 271 days or more prior to the safari date.

• 50% refund if cancellation is made 181 to 270 days before the safari date.

• 25% refund if cancellation is made 90 to 180 days before the safari date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the safari date.

All refunds, where applicable, are subject to deductions as per government rules and processing timelines.

Important Notice

• All safari permits and reservations are provisional and remain subject to approval, modification, or cancellation by the Forest Department or the Field Director of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without prior notice.

• Once a safari booking is confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request will be entertained under any circumstances unless mandated by authorities.

• The Website operator shall not be held responsible for safari cancellations resulting from weather conditions, administrative decisions, safety restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances imposed by park authorities.
