By accessing this Website or making a safari booking through it, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Safari Booking & Payment Policy

• All Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Payments will be refunded only if the safari booking cannot be confirmed due to unavailability.

• Making a payment does not guarantee safari confirmation unless explicitly communicated after availability verification.

• Safari bookings are processed strictly on an availability basis as per forest department rules.

Pricing, Charges & Liabilities

• Safari prices may change due to revisions in government fees, forest permits, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges.

• Any additional charges imposed after booking confirmation must be paid by the visitor as informed.

• We are not responsible for pricing changes, rule modifications, or operational decisions made by forest authorities or governing bodies.

Advance, Current & Tatkal Safari Bookings

• All safari bookings (Advance, Current, or Tatkal) are subject to availability at the time of processing.

• Payments for Advance or Current bookings are refundable only if the booking is not confirmed.

• Submitting a booking request does not ensure confirmation.

• Safari zone preferences (Zone 1 to Zone 10) may be selected; however, allocation of a specific zone is not guaranteed.

Important Guidelines for Safari Visitors

• Full payment is required in advance to initiate safari booking.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all visitors.

• The same ID provided during booking must be presented at the safari entry gate.

• Confirmed safari permits are non-transferable and non-cancellable.

• Safari bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance, subject to availability.

• Passport details are mandatory for foreign nationals.

• Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The park may remain closed due to weather conditions, administrative decisions, or safety reasons without prior notice.

• Visitors must report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled safari time.

• Bookings made for the next day are treated as current bookings, and current booking rules shall apply.

Authority of the Park Management

• All safari bookings and permits remain provisional and are subject to approval, modification, or cancellation by the Forest Department or the Field Director of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.

• Such changes may occur without prior notice, and no explanation is required from the authorities.

No Refund Policy

• Once a safari booking is confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances.

• By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.
